Annual Fees
The annual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Fee for 2009/2010 is $650 p.a. incl. GST (Note: This fee will be calculated pro-rata from date of 'right to occupy' when the new berth is constructed).
The O&M Fee will be at a discounted rate from the other O&M fees in the Marina for the financial years 2009/10, 20010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13.
East Gippsland Shire Council offers the lowest cost berthing fees for its extensive range of services, lower than any other marina business in the industry.
Marina Business Corporate Governance Structure
The East Gippsland Shire Council has an established Marina Customer Consultative Committee (MCCC) which consists of Representatives of each of its Marinas providing advice direct to Council on the management of its Marina Business with transparency of financial records.
